With a background in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology, my journey naturally evolved from the classroom into birth work. Completely allowing me to support families during some of life’s most transformative moments.
I’m a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, newborns, and their families with elevated care, education, and intentional support.
My approach is deeply personal — centered around your needs, vision, and pace. I believe every family deserves to feel supported, heard, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I take the time to truly see and understand the families I support, creating a calm, grounded experience where you feel most grounded.
